Twenty years in management and leadership roles at Telecom Argentina, followed by a decade building and operating ventures in hospitality, gastronomy, and live events. Industrial Engineer with Honors from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA). Postgraduate studies in Project Management at George Washington University. Author of One Word, Two Thoughts (LID Publishing, 2017). Master's Degree from EADE Málaga (2024), with a thesis focused on the impact of the generative AI revolution. Parallel artistic career as a crooner, artistic curator, and producer of live musical performances.

For more than three decades, Santiago Peyon (@santipeyon) followed a path that rarely converges within a single career. He graduated in 1994 as an Industrial Engineer with Honors (top 5%) from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA), completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at George Washington University, and spent more than twenty years in management and leadership roles within Telecom Argentina.
He later added ten years of independent experience building and operating his own hospitality, gastronomy, and live entertainment ventures.
He has lived in Argentina, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and Spain.
In 2017, he published his first book, "Una Palabra, dos pensamientos" (Editorial LID). In 2024, he completed a Master's Degree in Hospitality and Event Management at EADE Málaga, where he dedicated his thesis to analyzing the impact of generative artificial intelligence on our society and the industry.
In parallel, he developed an artistic career as a crooner, performing live alongside professional musicians for audiences from different cultures and nationalities. Santiago is also an artistic curator and producer of live musical performances.
Over the years, whether in boardrooms, entrepreneurial ventures, or on stage in front of an audience, he repeatedly noticed the same pattern: some of the most valuable human experiences seemed to emerge from something far deeper than intelligence, technical knowledge, or productivity.
As artificial intelligence began advancing at an unprecedented pace, one question moved to the center of his attention:
What exactly remains valuable about a human being when intelligence becomes abundant and inexpensive?
The search for that answer evolved into years of research, observation, and reflection at the intersection of technology, economics, leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, and human experience.
That search ultimately gave rise to SapiensQore. Its first public expression is IRREPLACEABLE, written to explore what keeps human beings unique, economically valuable, and impossible to replicate in the age of abundant intelligence.
